4 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All Sales Are Final. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products at this time.
5 WHat do I do if my items is lost or stolen?
The God’s Faithfulness Brand is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the package becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
6 What should I do if my order was made incorrectly?
We take great care in fulfilling every order, but if you receive the wrong item, the wrong size, or a defective product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request a correction or replacement:
1.Email us at support@godsfaithfulness.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
2.We will review the claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no extra cost.
