•  Use cold water, and a gentle or delicate cycle on your washing machine. 
• Avoid fabric softener and consider using a mild detergent. 
• Tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry. 
• Iron inside out on a low setting if needed. 
• The best option is to hand wash cold and lay flat to dry to maintain the quality and longevity of your item.
